Nice cabin on the river with a full kitchen and hot tub. The bathroom had mold and the TV kept changing channels by itself. Parking was a bit inconvenient as it was not directly in front of the room.

The cabin by the river was great, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The air conditioning didn't cool well, which was uncomfortable. Nice staff and clean rooms make it worthwhile. Make sure to check for Wi-Fi issues too.

Great location, right on the river. Perfect for my fishing trip with my dad-15 yards to the water. The staff? Exceptionally nice. The friendly environment is notable. Cleanrooms add to the comfort. Ducks and geese roaming the property? A charming touch. The renovations are impressive. Upgraded beds, huge flat-screen TVs, and fantastic Wi-Fi. Firesticks included-no need for personal devices. Peaceful setting, just minutes from the action. The parking lot is well-maintained, but tight. attention to detail is lacking. Unclean rooms, malfunctioning appliances, and concerns about security are issues that need addressing. With some careful improvements, this could be an outstanding stay. Plenty of potential; just needs to be realized.

The location is convenient, just steps from stores and restaurants. The room had its charms, like a nice patio to watch ducks, but the parking situation was frustrating-often a trek away from the room. Check-in was disorganized, and our first room was covered in bugs. It took hours to switch to a cleaner room that still smelled of smoke. Cleanliness was a significant issue; the floors were grimy, and amenities were lacking. I appreciated the staff's friendliness but was left wishing for better maintenance and attention to detail. A mixed bag of experiences, for sure.

I absolutely loved how everything I wanted to see was just around the corner, with places like The Island only 2 kilometers away and numerous restaurants just a few steps from my room, making my weekend strolls super enjoyable; the hotel also had comfortable beds and spacious rooms to rest after a long day. the cleanliness of the bathroom could use some improvement.

River Place Inn offers a prime spot directly on the river, perfect for fishing enthusiasts! My kids loved feeding the geese from our balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay enjoyable despite some minor cleanliness issues. Great value for family trips!

The room had a picturesque balcony overlooking the river, perfect for enjoying the ducks. the AC was ineffective, missing knobs for control. The beds were clean, but the bathroom could have used more attention; there were no towels upon arrival. The noise level was manageable despite some outdoor chatter. Unfortunately, parking was inconvenient, requiring a long walk some nights. While the room needed some updates, it was relatively comfortable. Housekeeping could improve, as previous guests' items were found, and the maid entered unannounced. a cozy setting with room for improvement on cleanliness and amenities.

The location was super convenient, right on the main road near shops and restaurants. It was awesome to walk to Patriot Park for the Dollywood bus. Staff was friendly, even though a bit hard to find at check-in. Loved having parking right by the rooms for easy access.

The patio outback overlooking the ducks was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed spending time there. there were some drawbacks that affected our overall experience. One major issue was the parking situation. Unlike other places we've stayed at, parking was not conveniently located near our room. This made it difficult to find a spot close by, especially on our last night when we had to park quite far away and walk back to our room. It made me feel a bit uneasy leaving my car so far away from where we were staying. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors were quite dirty, and our feet would turn black after walking on them. We also encountered broken and wobbly furniture, which was unsafe, especially with young children. The presence of a big black stain on the bed was disturbing and made us question the hygiene standards of the room. the lack of housekeeping service and the inconvenience of having to collect clean towels from the office ourselves was disappointing. It would have been more convenient to have the option to request fresh towels directly from housekeeping. while the staff was friendly and the location was great, the cleanliness and safety issues we encountered during our stay at the River detracted from our overall enjoyment of the experience.

The view from the balcony and river side was awesome, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the front desk was friendly and they supply cooking ware in the rooms.

The location was great! Conveniently situated on the main road, close to stores and restaurants, and just a short walk from Patriot Park for easy transit to Dollywood. The assigned parking spaces right by the rooms were a plus, making it effortless to access our car. Additionally, staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay was disappointing. The room was dirty with mold on the walls, stained bed linens, and a musty smell throughout.

The Comedy Barn Theater was a laugh riot! Dollywood was a blast for kids and grownups. The Island in Pigeon Forge was a great family spot. The cabins were cozy and stylish. Free parking at River Place Inn was a plus.

the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. the front desk staff, jelly, was super friendly and even got us a room with a balcony and queen beds for our kids. the view of the water and christmas lights from the balcony was beautiful. we also appreciated the assigned parking for each room and the smart TV in the room. we will definitely be staying here again in the future.
